At AJISOUL, we value customer satisfaction while maintaining the exclusivity and integrity of our high-value décor and gifting products. Many of our items are handcrafted, custom-made, or curated in limited quantities, so our Cancellation and Return Policy reflects this specialised nature. 

1. Cancellation Policy

Order Cancellation by Customer 

  • Cancellation Window:

    You may cancel your order within 12 hours of placing it, provided it has not been processed or shipped.

  • Custom/Handcrafted Products:

    For customised, made-to-order, or personalised products, cancellations are not permitted once the order is confirmed, as the creation process begins immediately.

Order Cancellation by AJISOUL 

We reserve the right to cancel an order under the following circumstances: 

  • The item is out of stock or unavailable

  • Errors in product pricing, listing, or technical issues

  • Payment authorisation failure or suspected fraudulent transaction

  • Unforeseen production or logistical issues 

Refunds for AJISOUL-initiated cancellations will be processed within 7–10 business days.

2. Return & Refund Policy

Due to the artistic and curated nature of our products, we follow a strict no-return policy, except in cases of:

 Eligible Returns: 

  • Damaged product received

  • Wrong item delivered

Conditions for Return Acceptance: 

  • Notify us within 48 hours of delivery at support@ajisoul.com.

  • Attach clear photographs or video evidence showing the damage or incorrect product.

  • The product must be unused, in original packaging, with tags and invoices intact.

Return Process: 

  1. Contact our customer support team to initiate a return request.

  2. Once approved, we will arrange for the product to be picked up or guide you on the return process.

  3. On receiving and inspecting the returned product, we will issue a replacement or a full refund, based on product availability and customer preference.

Non-Returnable Items:

  • Custom-made or personalised items

  • Made-to-order artworks

  • Products purchased under clearance or special offers, unless damaged

 Refund Timeline:

 Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days to the original payment method.

3. Shipping Charges 

  • Cancellation Before Dispatch:

    Full refund, including shipping charges.

  • Return Due to Damage/Wrong Item:

    AJISOUL will bear the return shipping cost.
