Order Cancellation by Customer
Cancellation Window:
You may cancel your order within 12 hours of placing it, provided it has not been processed or shipped.
Custom/Handcrafted Products:
For customised, made-to-order, or personalised products, cancellations are not permitted once the order is confirmed, as the creation process begins immediately.

We reserve the right to cancel an order under the following circumstances:
The item is out of stock or unavailable

Unforeseen production or logistical issues
Refunds for AJISOUL-initiated cancellations will be processed within 7–10 business days.
2. Return & Refund Policy
Due to the artistic and curated nature of our products, we follow a strict no-return policy, except in cases of:
Eligible Returns:
Damaged product received
Wrong item delivered
Notify us within 48 hours of delivery at support@ajisoul.com.
Attach clear photographs or video evidence showing the damage or incorrect product.
The product must be unused, in original packaging, with tags and invoices intact.
Contact our customer support team to initiate a return request.
Once approved, we will arrange for the product to be picked up or guide you on the return process.
On receiving and inspecting the returned product, we will issue a replacement or a full refund, based on product availability and customer preference.
